<div>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for receiving customers who come to the beauty salon, providing warm and thoughtful service, and ensuring that each customer can feel professionalism and sincerity. <br>2. Arrange suitable beauticians or treatment times for customers, and assist with handling appointments and follow-up work. <br>3. Assist in managing front desk affairs, including registering customer information, sorting files and updating system information to ensure accurate and error-free data. <br>4. Answer customer questions about products and services, provide necessary advice, and promote sales opportunities. <br>5. Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and comfort, creating a high-quality experience environment for customers. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Have secondary five education or above, with at least one year of work experience in the relevant industry, especially those in the beauty reception field will be given priority. <br>2. Must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, while also having basic English and Mandarin abilities, in order to meet the needs of multilingual customers. <br>3. Familiar with Chinese and English input methods, proficient in basic computer operations, especially the application of B2B systems, to efficiently complete daily tasks. <br><br>5. Passionate about the beauty industry, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.</div>
