<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the daily operations and tenancy management of apartments, ensuring excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction；</p></li><li><p>Manage the entire tenant lifecycle, including handling inquiries, viewings, lease signings, move-in/move-out procedures, renewals, and related documentation；</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with tenants; promptly address and resolve tenant complaints, requests, and emergencies；</p></li><li><p>Plan, organize, and execute tenant engagement activities and community-building initiatives to enhance tenant experience and retention；</p></li><li><p>Assist the sales and marketing team in achieving leasing targets, including conducting property tours and providing operational support for marketing campaigns；</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless delivery of services (maintenance, cleaning, security) to tenants and report property-related issues；</p></li><li><p>Handle operational paperwork, maintain accurate tenant records, prepare regular reports on occupancy, tenant feedback, and operational performance；</p></li><li><p>Perform any other urgent duties and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation and leasing management of the apartment, ensuring excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction;</p></li><li><p>Manage tenant's full life cycle affairs, including handling inquiries, arranging viewings, signing leases, handling check-in/check-out procedures, renewals, and related document work;</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain long-term good relations with tenants; timely and effectively handle and resolve tenant complaints, service requests and emergencies;</p></li><li><p>Plan, organize and execute tenant participation in activities and community building projects to enhance tenant experience and renewal rates;</p></li><li><p>Assist the market sales team to achieve the leasing target, including showing properties to potential tenants and providing operational support for market promotion activities;</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless delivery of services (maintenance, cleaning, security) to tenants and report property-related issues;</p></li><li><p>Handle operational administrative work, maintain accurate tenant files, and regularly compile reports on occupancy rates, tenant feedback, and operational performance;</p></li><li><p>Perform any other emergency duties, complete any other work assigned by a superior.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines;</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, tenancy management, or operations, preferably within the hospitality, serviced apartment, or co-living industry;</p></li><li><p>Strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;</p></li><li><p>Experience in planning and executing customer/tenant events or activities is an advantage;</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of tenancy agreements and related legal requirements is preferred;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office;</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, hotel management, business management, communication or related sciences are preferred;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;</p></li><li><p>At least 3 years of customer service, property management or operational experience, those with hotel, serviced apartment or co-living industry experience are preferred;</p></li><li><p>Strong customer-centric awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, communication and problem-solving abilities;</p></li><li><p>Applicants with planning and executing customer/tenant activities experience are preferred;</p></li><li><p>Preference will be given to those who have a basic understanding of the lease and related legal requirements;</p></li><li><p>Proficient in MS Office;</p></li><li><p>Clear and organized, attention to details, and able to work independently under pressure.</p></li></ul><p>*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operations Officer.</p><p></p><p>Please submit your CV along with your last and expected salaries and availability.
