<p><strong><u>Assistant to General Manager</u></strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quotation and Tender Specialist to lead and manage the preparation and submission of tenders across various industries, not limited to government projects. The candidate should excel in proposal drafting, analysis, and strategic planning, while also being innovative and proactive in developing creative solutions for pitching projects.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>➢Conduct in-depth research and analysis of tender requirements, guidelines, and terms across various sectors.</p><p>➢Draft and submit high-quality tender documents, ensuring compliance with all specified guidelines and deadlines.</p><p>➢Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and develop effective strategies for competitive bids.</p><p>➢Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.</p><p>➢Monitor and evaluate the tendering process, providing recommendations for improvement.</p><p>➢Develop creative and innovative ideas to enhance proposals and improve the success rate of tender submissions.</p><p>➢Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>➢Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Business Management or Marketing or related discipline</p><p>➢Minimum 3 years working experience in property management or customer service, Experience in tender preparation and submission is highly preferred.</p><p>➢Strong English writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft and revise complex documents independently.</p><p>➢Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.</p><p>➢Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</p><p>➢Creative and proactive attitude, capable of proposing innovative ideas and adapting flexibly to challenges.</p><p></p><p>Attractive remuneration package and career opportunities will be offered to the successful candidate.
