Job Description
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as an ambassador for a premium property portfolio, delivering high-quality customer service to tenants, visitors and the general public via telephone and written communications.</li><li>Take ownership of all customer enquiries and requests, ensuring proper follow-up, and relay customer feedback and comments to the building management team for appropriate action.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property portfolio, including facilities, events and marketing programs, to provide accurate and timely information to customers.</li><li>Support and update various customer service–related systems, ensuring records and information are accurate and well maintained.</li><li>Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities initiated by the Marketing & Communications team for the portfolio.</li><li>Provide professional switchboard and call-handling services for the organization, ensuring calls are directed efficiently and courteously.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirement</strong></p><ul><li>DSE / Form 7 or above, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role; administrative experience is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with good computer skills.</li><li>Pleasant, with strong customer service skills, and flexible and adaptable to work on a rotating shift schedule.</li></ul>
