<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for handling daily sales documents, familiar with using Microsoft Office software to create and manage quotation and delivery orders. </li><li>Manage the order process for HKTVmall and other e-commerce platforms, including receiving orders, handling goods, and arranging for delivery.</li><li>Coordinate logistics transportation arrangements to ensure goods are delivered to customers on time and track delivery status.</li><li>Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp or email, providing instant and professional responses to their inquiries.</li><li>Assist sales in following up on closed-circuit television installation projects and supporting the smooth progress of the project.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have basic computer network knowledge, be able to operate common office software and handle simple technical problems.</li><li>Applicants with electronic products industry work experience will be given priority. </li><li>Familiar with e-commerce platform operation procedures, with HKTVmall-related experience is preferred.</li><li>Good communication skills, able to flexibly respond to customers’ diverse needs. </li><li>Active and positive, responsible, and able to effectively complete tasks under pressure.</li></ul>
