<p>We are looking for an individual with a passion to create digital campaigns and foster social advocacy for Phillip Wain, Asia’s leading fitness and beauty ladies clubhouse. You will be responsible for developing social media campaigns that will engage new clients and drive business value.</p><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Develop and implement monthly marketing programs and promotional campaigns across digital and social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, YouTube, and Google) to increase brand awareness and generate in-store traffic.</p><p>· Plan, execute, and monitor sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives, marketing initiatives against business KPIs. Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to prepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations for continuous optimization.</p><p>· Lead content creation and artwork adaptation for social media and official websites. Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure a compelling online presence.</p><p>· Manage editorial calendars and coordinate messaging schedules to ensure consistent and timely communication across all channels.</p><p>· Work closely with various agencies to develop integrated marketing strategies and campaign, leveraging Phillip Wain’s social media and owned digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, website).</p><p>· Lead the development of marketing materials by liaising with agencies and designers to ensure brand consistency and quality.</p><p>· Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as required to support marketing and business goals.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><p>· Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines</p><p>· <strong>Preferably 5-7 years of marketing experience in beauty/fitness industry</strong></p><p>· <strong>Knowledge on graphic design and digital marketing channel (Meta, Google, XHS) is</strong></p><p><strong>preferred</strong></p><p>· Proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details</p><p>· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese</p><p>· Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>· Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager</p><p>· Immediately available is preferred</p><p></p><p>We offer a competitive remuneration package, comprehensive benefit and excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
