Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions / System Implementation

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of package‑based system implementation projects, including enterprise software and COTS solutions. The role requires strong vendor management capability and excellent English communication skills to coordinate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Project Delivery Manage full lifecycle delivery of package‑based solution implementation projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Lead coordination across internal business teams, IT functions, and external vendors to drive alignment, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.

• Vendor Management Oversee vendor performance, manage escalations, and ensure clear ownership of deliverables throughout the project.

• Requirements & Solution Alignment Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution fit, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Project Governance Manage project planning, timeline control, risk and issue management, budget tracking, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

• System Integration & Deployment Ensure proper integration, testing, and deployment of systems across environments, working closely with technical teams to maintain quality and readiness.

• Clear English Communication Provide concise, professional communication to stakeholders in English, both written and spoken, across regional and global teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of project management experience

• Proven experience delivering package‑based / enterprise solution projects (COTS, SaaS, or similar)

• Strong vendor management experience — a critical requirement

• Excellent English communication skills, essential for stakeholder engagement

• Experience managing cross‑functional teams (business, IT, vendors)

• Familiarity with system implementation and integration project environments

• Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
