Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Independently complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and orderly store operations.
Responsible for the cleaning, cutting, marinating, etc. of ingredients, ensuring that the quality of the prepared materials meets the standards.
Assist with basic cooking operations, including frying, roasting, baking, and cooking rice, to support the kitchen's efficient meal service.
Maintain the kitchen area, equipment and utensils clean and hygienic, and strictly enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
Regularly organize warehouse space, conduct material inventory, and promptly replenish daily operating supplies to ensure sufficient inventory and uninterrupted operations.
Healthy body, able to handle the necessary physical work of moving ingredients and goods.
Have basic Chinese and English reading abilities, and be able to accurately understand production orders, menu instructions, and material label content.
Able to adapt to long hours of standing and high-pace work environment, with good stress resistance ability.
Team player, willing to cooperate with shift scheduling and position adjustments.
