<b>Major Job Duties</b><br><ul><li>Develop project plans, define project scope and objectives, and establish project timelines and deliverables.<br></li><li>Identify and allocate resources required for the successful execution of IT programs and projects, including personnel, budget, and application development.<br></li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, researchers, IT teams, and external partners, to gather project requirements, foster collaboration, and ensure stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle.<br></li><li>Oversee and manage the execution of specific projects, including coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.<br></li><li>Collaborate with external vendors or technology partners, if applicable, to evaluate and select solutions, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.<br></li><li>Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, senior management, and other relevant parties; prepare regular project reports, presentations, and documentation as required.<br></li><li>Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations; implement processes and procedures to maintain data integrity, protect patient privacy, and comply with relevant healthcare regulations.</li></ul><b>Main responsibilities</b><br><ol><li>Develop a project plan, clearly define the project scope and objectives, and set a project timeline and deliverables.</li><li>Identify and allocate the resources required for the smooth execution of IT projects/plans, including personnel, budget, and application development resources.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as medical professionals, researchers, IT teams) and external partners to collect project requirements, promote collaboration, and ensure stakeholder involvement throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>Supervise and manage the execution of specific projects, including coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project meets the timeline, quality standards, and budget constraints.</li><li>If necessary, collaborate with external suppliers or technical partners to evaluate and screen solutions, manage contracts, and ensure they meet project goals and requirements.</li><li>Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to relevant parties, senior management, and other stakeholders; compile and submit regular project reports, presentations, and related documents as required.</li><li>Ensure that the project meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines; implement relevant processes and procedures to maintain data integrity, protect patient privacy, and comply with relevant medical regulatory provisions.</li></ol><br><b>Specific Mandatory Requirements</b><br><ul><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing and successfully delivering complex IT projects, which should include experience in project planning, resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.<br></li><li>Having prior experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry, healthcare systems, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements..</li></ul><b>Specific mandatory requirements</b><br><ol><li>At least 10 years of management and successful delivery of complex IT projects, covering project planning, resource management, risk assessment and stakeholder management experience.</li><li>Have relevant past experience or knowledge reserves in the medical industry, medical system, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements.</li></ol><br><b>Specific Desirable Requirements</b><br><ul><li>Project Management Certification: Possessing a recognized project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, demonstrates a strong foundation in project management principles and methodologies.<br></li><li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.<br></li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br></li><li>Ability to work independently and leadership skill to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul><b>Specific priority needs</b><br><ol><li>Project Management Certification: Hold a recognized project management certification (such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2), with solid foundations in project management principles and methodologies.</li><li>Proficient in written and oral expression in Chinese and English.</li><li>Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Able to work independently, with leadership skills to manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ol>
