<p><strong>Our client, an expanding financial institution in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join their group.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Group board members to execute business plans and projects within set budgets and deadlines</li><li>Manage Group projects related to new business ventures, regulatory updates, and system implementations</li><li>Ensure the Group’s processes, policies, and procedures are established and maintained</li><li>Work closely with front office teams to enhance efficiency in transaction handling and execution</li><li>Foster clear communication and proper information flow across the organization</li><li>Engage in special projects as needed</li></ul><p><br><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Business or related discipline</li><li>Minimum 8 years’ of operational experiences supporting senior management in the financial services industry</li><li><strong>A must: Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in operations of wealth management industries including fund structures and in particular Private Equity Fund</strong></li><li>Proven and excellent project management skills</li><li>Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with senior management</li><li>High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently</li><li>Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua</li></ul>
