<p>Job Responsibilities<br></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation of the building, including inspection and supervision to ensure that public areas are clean, safe, and equipment is operating normally.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and arrange building maintenance work, including elevators, water and electricity systems, fire facilities, etc. Regular inspections and sudden failure handling.</p></li><li><p>Assist in handling resident complaints and requests, respond promptly to various affairs and follow up on the progress of their resolution.</p></li><li><p>Manage the entrance and exit of the building, supervise visitor registration, vehicle parking and security personnel on duty.</p></li><li><p>Organize relevant work records and reports, such as maintenance records, patrol logs, and emergency event notifications.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements<br></p><ul><li><p>Have basic building management or property management experience, familiar with common facility operations and maintenance procedures.</p></li><li><p>Responsibility and service awareness, able to handle daily affairs independently and respond to emergencies.</p></li><li><p>Preference will be given to those with basic knowledge of motors and hydraulics, who can diagnose simple faults and contact professional personnel for handling.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills, able to effectively coordinate with residents, contractors, management companies and building management.</p></li><li><p>Those with valid safety cards or relevant safety training certificates are especially recommended, as they must be able to adapt to shift work or emergency standby arrangements.</p></li></ul><p></p>
