Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bakery manager to oversee our store's daily operations, including team management and customer service.
You will not be responsible for production and raw material inventory management. This is what our chef is handling.
The main responsibilities of this bakery manager position are:
Customer service and sales. Candidates with Erun POS system experience are preferred.
Retail store operations management
Employee Management
Inventory control of finished goods and packaging.
Marketing and promotion: We work with Hong Kong marketing/social media experts. Assist them in becoming part of the job.
Experience:
At least 3 years of management experience in baking, catering or food retailing.
Food safety knowledge has an advantage
Educational background: Hotel management, business management or related fields, college degree or above, are preferred.
Other requirements: Passion for baking, innovative thinking, and willingness to work early shifts or rotating shifts.
