<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Managefull sets of accounts, bank reconciliations and preparation of schedules;</p><p>- Work closely with the management and the settlement department;</p><p>- Prepare the daily and monthly FRR for monitoring the sufficient month-end report & SFC filing;</p><p>- Work closely with subsidiaries in relevant accounting and finance issues;</p><p>- Leadership skills to foster an environment of collaboration and to drive changes to enhance efficiency;</p><p>- Prepare budget, forecast and costing analysis;</p><p>- Prepare annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements;</p><p>- Liaise with banks to support business and external parties for the annual audit and other ad hoc tasks.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements :</strong></p><p>- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional accreditation such as CPA/ACCA or an equivalent;</p><p>- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry;</p><p>- Proficiency in Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, listing rules and other legal and compliance regulations;</p><p>- Familiar with accounting systems such as FLEX and Ayers especially experience in data transformation;</p><p>- Responsible, independent, self-motivated, details oriented and strong communication skills;</p><p>- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;</p><p>- <strong>Immediate availability is highly preferred.</strong></p><p></p><p>We provide an attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits for the right candidate.</p><p>Personal data collected from job applicants is used only for recruitment related purposes.</p><p>Interested parties please send your resume with your current and expected salary to the Human Resources Department by click APPLY NOW.</p>
