Job Description
- Responsible for driving a medium-sized truck, safely transporting garbage or recyclables to a processing station along a designated route.
- Collaborate with follow-up personnel to conduct resource classification and recycling as well as waste removal at fixed points in communities, commercial areas, etc.
- Daily pre-trip vehicle inspection, including oil and water, tires, brake system, etc., to ensure safe driving.
- Follow traffic regulations and company procedures, complete garbage collection tasks on time, and accurately fill out daily work reports.
- Assist in handling sudden situations such as vehicle abnormalities, traffic congestion or temporary customer needs, and report back to the supervisor in real time.
- Able to adapt to outdoor work and physical labor, with basic lifting ability, and able to withstand long hours of standing and bending every day.
- Responsibility and team spirit, able to communicate and cooperate well with colleagues.
- Reading ability reaches the basic level, able to read route maps, work orders and safety signs.
- Willing to comply with shift work, including early morning attendance, and to follow company discipline and service standards.
