Job Description
- Completely understand all the details of the company's photographic products, including product price, material characteristics and specifications information, and be able to accurately and without error explain to customers.
- According to the customer's selected package content, assist them in screening the most suitable photo works, and provide professional and personalized selection advice.
- Integrate customer feedback from the makeup, shooting and digital retouching stages, and closely cooperate with the after-sales department to ensure smooth progress in the album production and other follow-up processes.
- Applicants with wedding photography studio or photography workshop selection-related work experience are preferred for employment.
- Those with basic photography knowledge, good aesthetic judgment in terms of composition and lighting, are especially suitable.
- Logical thinking is clear, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and service awareness, and able to flexibly respond to various customer situations.
- Have good stress resistance, and be able to maintain stable emotions and positive attitudes in a high-stress work environment.
- Value teamwork and be willing to collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service quality and customer experience.
