Responsibilities: Prepare and cook various Chinese dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. Create weekly menus to ensure nutritional richness and meet diverse dietary needs. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order, following food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.

Requirements: Have relevant experience as a Chinese chef, preferably working in a staff canteen or similar environment. Familiar with various cooking techniques and cuisines. Have in-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
