Job Description
- Coordinate the integration of Hong Kong and Chinese mainland markets, ensure that regional marketing goals are highly consistent with the group's overall strategy and domestic business development direction
- Lead customer full journey experience design and optimization, from awareness, consideration, conversion to loyalty maintenance at each stage, and strengthen brand touchpoints' consistency and accuracy
- Deepen product marketing management, collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to enhance the clarity of key product positioning, narrative tension and market launch effectiveness in regional markets
- Plan and execute luxury and culturally appropriate local marketing activities, covering digital platforms, high-end offline experiences, media partnerships, and KOL/KOC ecosystem operations
- Continuously analyze regional market performance data (including consumer behavior, competitive product dynamics, and channel effectiveness), propose data-driven strategy adjustment suggestions, and support annual marketing budget rationalization and ROI improvement
- With at least 8 years of international brand marketing experience, of which at least 5 years are focused on the Greater China (Hong Kong and Mainland) market, those with luxury goods, high-end consumer goods or service industry background are preferred
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, able to write strategy documents, chair cross-regional meetings and present results to senior management in all three languages
- Have excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, effectively connect mainland offices, regional headquarters, agents and third-party creative partners to drive complex projects to completion
- Familiar with the digital ecosystem in the mainland (such as the WeChat ecosystem, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Alipay Mini Program) and the mainstream communication channels in Hong Kong, with compliance awareness and crisis prediction ability
