<p>Job Title: Full-time Piano and Music Theory Instructor<br> Work location: Qianwan District, Seaside Garden<br> Employment type: Contract, full-time<br> Work Function: Teacher<br> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for teaching piano performance skills, designing individualized teaching plans based on students’ levels, and improving their musical expression abilities</p></li><li><p>Teach music theory, help students master basic music theory, and prepare for various music theory exams (such as ABRSM)</p></li><li><p>Guide students to prepare for public performances, competitions, and music exams, cultivating their stage presence and confidence</p></li><li><p>In accordance with course requirements, participate in piano accompaniment work, support choral or instrumental ensemble activities</p></li><li><p>Regularly evaluate students’ learning progress, communicate with parents, provide learning feedback and suggestions</p></li><li><p>Participate in teaching team meetings and professional development activities, and continuously improve teaching quality</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in music or related sciences</p></li><li><p>Have at least one year of music teaching experience</p></li><li><p>Piano and music theory level above eight, those with performance diplomas are given priority</p></li><li><p>Applicants with piano accompaniment skills and practical experience will be given priority</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility, good adaptability, and love for teaching are some of my strengths.
