Financial system control

Lead monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing work, accurately compile balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, etc. core financial statements, as well as management statements, business analysis reports, and provide data support for management decisions.

Monitor the company's cash flow health, coordinate the raising, allocation and use of funds, optimize cash flow allocation efficiency, reduce financing costs, and ensure financial business (such as lending, investment, asset management, etc.) funding needs.

Compliance and risk management

Strictly comply with financial supervision policies, tax and accounting regulations and industry standards, ensure that the company's financial activities are legal and compliant, and avoid tax and financial risks.

Responsible for financial business-related financial risk identification, evaluation and control, including bad debt risk, exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, etc., establishing a risk early warning mechanism and implementing response measures.

Cooperate with internal and external audits (such as annual audits, supervisory inspections), provide complete financial information, and drive problem correction closed-loop.

Financial analysis and strategic support

In-depth analysis of company operating data and financial indicators (such as ROE, asset turnover rate, and cost of funds), combined with financial industry trends, propose cost optimization, profit improvement, and business expansion financial advice.

Participate in major corporate operating decisions (such as new product launches, equity financing and investment projects, and branch expansion), providing financial feasibility analysis, cash flow forecasting, and investment return rate calculation, etc. professional support.

Develop annual financial budgets and rolling forecasts, track budget execution, analyze budget differences and propose adjustment plans, and ensure that the company's operating goals are achieved.

Team management and collaboration

Lead the financial team in conducting daily operations, responsible for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation and career development planning of team members, and enhance the team's professional ability and work efficiency.

Three. Qualifications required for employment

Educational background

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, and other related fields; those with professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, and CMA are preferred.

Work experience

5 years of financial work experience, with at least 3 years of financial management experience in the banking, securities, insurance, asset management, and lending industries, those with team management experience are preferred.

Familiar with the financial industry's financial statement characteristics (such as financial product pricing, commission and brokerage accounting, fair value measurement, etc.), and proficient in financial industry tax policies and supervisory requirements.

Professional skills

Proficient in the entire financial statement process, with solid skills in financial analysis, budget management, and funds control, and able to independently compile complex financial statements and analysis reports.

Proficient in Excel, financial ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Yonyou U9, etc.), with Power BI, Tableau, etc. data analysis tools Experience is preferred.

Have good financial risk sensitivity, be able to accurately identify financial risks in financial business and propose effective control measures.

Comprehensive quality
