Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operation and monitor the staffing and service standard of the clubhouse

· Plan, organize and execute recreational programs and activities for the residents

· Establish good relationship withresidents and handle their complaints and requests

· Recommend and implement actions for the improvement ofclubhouse management

Requirements:

· Degree with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in residential club / resort management

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, administrative and organization skills

· Experienced in communicating with OC/ IO regarding the clubhouse management issues is preferable

· Friendly and attentive personality with focus on customer needs is a must

· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Chinese word processing / Word / Excel and PowerPoint etc.

· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin is required
