Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for arranging and coordinating local and Hong Kong-Singapore cross-border cargo transportation matters, including bulk goods in and out of warehouse and container transportation operations
Handle warehouse loading and unloading arrangements and logistics process follow-up to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods
Prepare and organize relevant transportation documents, such as bills of lading, customs declaration, delivery orders, etc., and ensure that the documents are complete and comply with the regulations
Daily communication with customers, follow up on transportation progress, respond to inquiries and handle emergencies
Work requirements
Second 5 or above, with at least 2 years of logistics or transportation administrative assistant related work experience
Familiar with the China-Hong Kong transportation process, understand basic freight operations and warehouse logistics workers are preferred
Good writing and speaking skills in Cantonese, able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin, and able to read and understand English documents is preferred
Proficient in using computer office software such as Word, Excel and email systems, with basic data input and word processing abilities
Work seriously and responsibly, have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to withstand work pressure and accept challenges
Benefits
Monthly salary starts from $16,000, depending on experience
Provide overtime allowance, supplementing extra work hours

Working 5.5 days per week, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm (lunch time included)
