Familiar with common medical procedures, such as wound care, peritoneal dialysis, and esophagogastric operations, those with relevant experience are especially recommended. <br>3. Have good communication skills and empathy, and be able to clearly explain nursing procedures and precautions to patients and their families. <br>4. Able to flexibly adjust working hours, adapt to flexible shift systems, and provide services during public holidays or bad weather if necessary.<br>5.
