Job Description

We are seeking a native-level English talent to serve as the exclusive English assistant and coach to company executives. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group English lessons to senior managers, helping them improve their English communication skills, and assisting with some English-related daily affairs.

Duties include:

One. Senior management English teaching

1. Provide one-on-one or small group English training to company executives, and develop personalized learning plans:

（1）course content covers business oral expression, business writing, meeting expression, public speaking skills, cross-cultural communication, etc.

（2）According to the level of the students and their learning objectives, dynamically adjust teaching methods and course progress

(3) Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide feedback and improvement suggestions

2. English assistant support

（1）Assist senior executives in writing, reviewing and polishing English emails

（2）Assist in preparing English meeting materials, presentations and business documents

（3）Provide interpretation and on-site communication support at foreign meetings and business negotiations

（4）Assist in translating internal and external related English materials

3. Others

（1） Participate in the company's English environment construction, such as building an English training system, developing English learning materials, etc.

(2) Complete other English-related tasks assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements

1. English as a native language

2. Mandarin is preferred for basic daily communication

3. Hold a valid work visa or be legally able to work in China

4. Bachelor's degree or above, with education, linguistics, business, media and other related fields as a priority

5. More than 2 years of English teaching experience, those who have executive/ adult business English training experience are preferred, those who have on-the-job training or one-on-one private coaching experience are preferred

6. Candidates with cross-cultural business communication experience are preferred.

7. Teaching methods are flexible and good at customizing courses based on students’ characteristics

8. Strong communication and affinity, patience, and able to establish good teaching relationships with senior managers
