Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and VIP reception at the bar, professionally responding to customer inquiries, beverage orders and various needs, and creating an exclusive, comfortable and high-quality consumption experience.

• Assist in managing the bar, booths, and leisure area, maintain the venue's clean and beautiful appearance, and strictly abide by sanitation and safety standards.

• Support on-site activities such as venue reservation, exclusive use arrangements, and theme events to respond flexibly and efficiently to guest needs and enhance overall service reputation.

• Regularly inspect sound systems, lighting, wine cabinets, and other facilities and equipment, report any abnormalities immediately and follow up on maintenance and repair to ensure stable operation of the venue.

• Strictly abide by the club's rules and regulations, actively participate in alcohol knowledge, service etiquette, emergency handling, etc. professional training, and continuously improve service level and personal ability.

• Secondary school education or above, fluent in Chinese communication and expression, Cantonese fluency, understanding of Mandarin and basic English is preferred; welcome on-campus university students to apply.

• Applicants with 1 year or more of customer service, hotel, bar, and nightclub experience are preferred; those with no relevant experience can also apply, as the company provides complete on-the-job training.

• Master basic computer operations, familiar with point-of-sale systems, word processing, and other commonly used office software.

• Able to adapt to night shifts (daily working hours from 18:00 to 26:00), weekends and public holidays; stable attendance, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit.

• Preference will be given to those with valid Hong Kong work visas, and applications from those with "High-end Talent Pass", "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)", "Dependent Entry Visa", or other legal work permits will be accepted.

• Competitive salary: $30,000–$50,000 per month (base salary + high commission, salary negotiable); in addition, attendance bonus, performance bonus, and year-end bonuses are also provided.
