<p>Duties:<br>1. Discuss and cooperate with educational institutions and merchants, participate in various relevant exhibitions and shopping mall large-scale festive promotional activities Responsible for discussing and cooperating with educational institutions within the jurisdiction to promote courses, be responsible for introducing and promoting courses to merchants within the jurisdiction, and explore the possibility of becoming a course agent by finding various exhibitions and shopping mall festive promotional activities, formulating cooperation plans, and promoting marketing activities for course promotion. </p><p>2. Expert collaboration expansion Responsible for contacting experts/KOLs through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc. media platforms, building cooperative relationships, and promoting course cooperative promotion. Design expert collaboration strategies, including but not limited to short video embedding, live streaming, joint activities, etc. </p><p>3. Resource integration and negotiation: Connect with media platforms, MCNs and content creators, integrate resources and design cooperation schemes (such as advertising sharing, resource exchange, joint marketing). Independently complete cooperation negotiations, formulate contract terms, and ensure smooth cooperation. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Experience background: More than two years of media business BD, influencer cooperation or related field work experience, those with education industry experience are preferred. Graduates with internship or project experience are welcome to apply, those with strong abilities will be considered for priority employment. Familiar with the influencer ecosystem and cooperation mode of Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc. </p><p>2. Core competencies: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Oral expression Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to independently complete cooperative negotiations, strong data analysis ability, able to drive decision-making through data. Have innovative thinking, be able to quickly respond to market changes and propose effective solutions.</p><p>3. Personal traits: Result-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Passionate about the education industry and those who have a deep understanding of the online education market are preferred.<br><br>Working hours and holidays: 9:00-18:00, double weekend, annual leave, MPF contribution, labor insurance, medical insurance</p>
