Position Overview

Hong Kong student dormitory demand explodes (expected to be short of 122,000 beds in 2028)!

We are a vibrant dormitory management company dedicated to providing modern all-inclusive accommodation to local and international students. Currently, we are actively expanding and sincerely invite experienced and enthusiastic elites to join us and build an efficient operating system together!

You will be responsible for the entire student dormitory leasing process, reporting directly to senior management, and driving explosive business growth!

Main responsibilities

• Establish an optimized leasing system to ensure a high occupancy rate (90%+)

• Develop long-term relationships with schools, intermediaries, education institutions, and parents

• Lead promotion activities, Room Tour, and enhance the brand

• Monitor performance, report to senior management + improvement suggestions

• Establish new business operating standards, develop market strategies, and achieve growth targets

• Collaborate with the team to build company culture and maintain professional services

Qualifications and skills

《Education qualifications》

• DSE/Grade Five or above (College/University Preferred)

《Experience》

Entry Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer relations or sales (student dormitories, educational institutions, youth hostels, serviced apartments or hotels experience is preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, kindly handling student/parent/institution inquiries

• Strong persuasion/negotiation skills, promotion of accommodation + signing expert

• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and independence + leadership potential, proactive in increasing occupancy rates

Other requirements:

• Proficient in Chinese and English computer operations, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace and CRM systems

• Have good customer service awareness, be able to handle files, reports and rental records independently

Language skills:

• Cantonese as a mother tongue, fluent Mandarin and English (able to communicate with local and international students and parents in three languages is preferred)

Personal traits:

• Extremely well organized, attention to detail, able to handle pressure independently and maintain high efficiency

• Proactive, strong execution, and result-oriented

• Outgoing and cheerful personality, strong identification with the company's mission, vision and values
