Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting and finance related duties including handling daily accounts receivable and payable; Prepare vouchers, debit notes & cheque payments

• Process data input in Kingdee accounting system

• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports, fixed asset register & bank reconciliation

• Prepare and maintain month-end and year-end closing with schedules, year-end audit

• Prepare and analysis financial statements

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• With minimum 1 years accounting experience in catering and/or manufacturing industry preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, accuracy of works, able to work in fast pace environment

• Stable working history

• Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Familiar with Kingdee accounting software and experience in system implementation/ enhancement is a plus

• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

Prepare and analyze financial statements
Complete other temporary assignments assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

Applicants with at least one year of accounting experience in the food and/or manufacturing industry will be given priority
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, accurate work, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Stable work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing software
Familiar with Kingdee accounting software, those who have system implementation/upgrading experience are preferred
Immediate employment is highly preferred
