<p><strong>KeyResponsibilities:</strong></p><p>Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process including job advertisement posting, CVs screening, interview arrangement, on & off boarding arrangement etc.</p><ul><li>Maintain and update HR related record in a timely and accurate manner such as attendance and leave record management, updated information of HRIS and filing system</li><li>Provide general office administration and clerical support including office equipment / facilities maintenance, ordering office supplies, courier arrangements, handling monthly billing, back up the reception duties etc.</li><li>Responsible for providing administration and clerical support to the department and management (i.e. hotel/ticket/visa arrangement)</li><li>Facilitate and support staff benefits administration</li><li>Ad hoc projects as assigned</li></ul><p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline</li><li>3 years of working experiences in Human Resources /Admin</li><li>Knowledge in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance</li><li>Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task</li><li>Good command of written English and Cantonese</li><li>Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin. Officer</li><li>Immediate available is highly preferable</li></ul>
