[Job Summary]

As an operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the imaging center, ensuring smooth and compliant service processes and meeting the highest professional standards. You will lead a cross-functional team including radiographers (Radiographers), nurses and front-line customer service, dedicated to improving patient experience and operating efficiency.

[Main Responsibilities Key Responsibilities]

1. Operations Management

Full responsibility for the daily administrative and business operations of the imaging center.

Optimize the patient journey from appointment to registration, examination to report issuance, shorten waiting times and enhance satisfaction.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly report operational status and financial performance to management.

2. Team Leadership

Manage and guide front-line teams (including radiologists, registration nurses and clinic assistants) to ensure reasonable manpower deployment (Rostering).

Responsible for employee recruitment, training and performance evaluation, improving the professional level and service attitude of the team.

Establish a positive team culture, effectively handle internal communication and employee relations.

3. Compliance & Quality Control (Compliance & QA)

Ensure the center operates strictly in accordance with the Hong Kong Department of Health and relevant medical regulations (such as the Radiation Ordinance).

Assist the Medical Director in implementing quality assurance plans (QA/QC), ensuring nursing standards and patient safety.

Management of medical waste processing and infection control measures.

4. Resource & Facility Management

Manage the purchase and inventory of medical supplies, drugs and administrative materials, effectively controlling costs.

5. Customer Relations

Handling patient inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer service.

Maintain and refer doctors (Referring Doctors), insurance companies and corporate customers.

[Entry Requirements]

Education: Bachelor's degree in medical management, medical science, radiology or related fields is preferred.

Experience: Have 5 years or above of medical institution operation experience, of which at least 3 years are at the management level. Those with private clinic or imaging center experience are preferred.
