We are looking for qualified and dedicated professionals who are deeply motivated and passionate about early childhood learning andteaching young children.
Job Description:
What you’ll be doing?
Able to work with the team to plan and conduct age-appropriate (0-6 years old) classroom activities
Perform duties as required to prepare for the class including set up and material sourcing
Communicate professionally to parents
Manage the team of teachers and arrange weekly meetings with each team to ensure smooth execution of classes and events
Handle class schedule and work distribution of teaching team with management to maximize output
Work with management and teaching team to work on events planning and execution
Evaluate and monitor teachers’ teaching standard
Who are we looking for?
Degree or above
Minimum 6-year experience in Early Childhood Education or similar
Familiar and knowledgeable in teaching playgroups
Outgoing, fun, flexible and most importantly enjoy working with children
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
5-Day Work Week, must available to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
Teaching Experience in Kindergarten/Learning Centre
