Job Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom daily operations, including preparing teaching materials before class, organizing the learning environment and maintaining classroom order, ensuring that children participate in learning activities in a safe and orderly atmosphere.

• According to the teacher's instructions, correct students' homework, exercises and simple evaluations, and annotate errors and improvement suggestions in a clear and consistent manner to help teachers understand students' learning progress.

• Provide one-on-one or group support in the classroom, conduct behavior guidance, language prompts, and learning assistance for individual children, and promote their attention and participation.

• Comply with the teacher's teaching rhythm and report to work at the designated time (09:30–13:30 or 14:45–18:30; Saturday/Sunday) to ensure a smooth and seamless teaching process.

• Record classroom observation highlights and student performance brief notes, report abnormal situations or support needs to the teaching instructor in a timely manner, and use them as reference for teaching adjustments.

• Holding a Hong Kong secondary school diploma (DSE) or equivalent qualification, no relevant work experience is required, and fresh DSE graduates and students are welcome to apply.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English reading and writing abilities, and able to understand simple teaching instructions and written guidance.

• Have patience, empathy, and responsibility, and be willing to learn about children's development.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid Hong Kong work visa (including Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent visa or other permit to work in Hong Kong).

• Able to attend designated shifts stably, punctual and reliable, with basic time management skills, and willing to cooperate with short-term summer work arrangements (about 6-8 weeks).

• Hourly pay of HKD$60–$90, based on actual experience and performance, and meeting the Hong Kong statutory minimum wage standard.

• Provide overtime allowance, anyone who needs to extend working hours for teaching purposes beyond the scheduled time will be compensated for the extra hours at the hourly rate.

• After the contract expires, the completion bonus will be paid to recognize the full-time investment and contribution.

• Working location is in a convenient transportation position in Shatin District, near the MTR station, and easy to go back and forth.
