<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Front desk reception and administrative support</p><p>Visitor reception: Responsible for the registration and guidance of company visitors, and handling daily administrative affairs (such as meeting arrangements, office supplies management)</p><p>Resource allocation: Based on customer needs or consultation type, allocate resources from various channels (including but not limited to visits, activities, local promotion and signature, recommendations, etc.) to the corresponding department or consultant</p><p>Assist customers in receiving payment: customer payment inquiries, assist customers who cannot scan to complete contract payment.</p><p>2. Customer service system operations</p><p>Resource input and management: timely, accurate and complete input and management of various customer-related data</p><p>3. Customer complaint handling and customer service</p><p>Complaint response: Answer customer complaint calls/online feedback, record detailed information about the problem, coordinate with relevant departments to solve and follow up the results</p><p></p><p>Internal customer support: Answer and process various customer service issues, propose customer service work opinions and suggestions</p><p>4. Data reporting and analysis</p><p>Data processing: Statistics on customer consultation volume, complaint rate, response time, etc., generate daily/weekly reports</p><p></p><p>5. Other work</p><p>Assist the superior in completing other assigned temporary tasks, including but not limited to customer service, administration and other functional work.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Basic skills</p><p>Communication skills: Express clearly and be good at resolving conflicts (such as customer complaint scenarios)</p><p>Language ability: Mandarin standard, Cantonese, English fluent</p><p>Tool operations: Proficient in Office (Excel data pivot table, PPT report), CRM system or customer service platform</p><p>2. Core qualities</p><p>Service awareness: Strong affinity, patience and attention to detail, serious and responsible, good at communicating, strong execution ability, and focusing on customer experience</p><p>Logical thinking: able to quickly classify problem priorities, and efficiently allocate resources</p><p>Stress resistance: Adapt to high-intensity reception and sudden customer complaints</p><p>3. Experience background</p><p>Administrative reception, customer service or data statistics related experience is preferred, with no industry hard restrictions (education / study abroad agencies can be relaxed).</p><p>4. Educational requirements</p><p>Bachelor's degree or above, customer service, administrative work, psychology-related fields are preferred.</p>
