<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for electronic paper industry customer development and maintenance, establish long-term stable cooperative relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. </p></li><li><p>Based on the company's sales targets, develop personal business plans, actively expand new markets and potential customers, and achieve and exceed sales performance indicators.</p></li><li><p>Lead customer proposals and business negotiations, provide professional solutions, and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Regularly conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence research, understand industry dynamics, and feed back market information to optimize products and strategies.</p></li><li><p>In line with the headquarters' business development needs in Zhejiang, you may accept irregular trips to the mainland for cross-regional collaboration and customer visits.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of sales experience in electronic paper or related technology industries</p></li><li><p>Proficient in English or Korean, Japanese, one of them, with good written and oral communication skills, able to independently conduct international business exchanges.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with high self-motivation and team spirit.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for daily interactions, meeting the local work qualification requirements (such as High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, IANG, etc.).</p></li></ul><p> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Enjoy a five-day work week, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with good work-life balance.</p></li><li><p>Enjoy marriage leave and Chinese statutory public holidays, ensuring employees’ basic holiday rights.</p></li><li><p>Yearly payment of 13 months' salary, plus high sales commission, to motivate performance.</p></li></ul>
