Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design of Brushless DC (BLDC) motors and supplier coordination, as well as the formulation of preliminary process specifications.
Responsible for motor testing and performance evaluation.
Responsible for formulating technical standards and test plans, and conducting Failure Mode Analysis and FMEA.
Responsible for technological improvement and optimization of BLDC motor equipment and processes to reduce manufacturing costs.
Assist in resolving technical issues related to motor equipment and products during the production process.
Responsible for the revision and training related to the company's existing motor product standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in majors such as Electrical Machines, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in motor-related work.
Familiar with mechanical processing and motor manufacturing processes, capable of designing fixtures and tooling for prototype samples.
Proficient in using software for 3D modeling and engineering drawing of parts.
Possess product manufacturing experience, familiar with motor production processes, and able to assist in solving technical problems encountered in production.
Strong professional presentation skills, communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
