We need you:

1. Must have a sense of responsibility and service awareness, and have a store manager position pre-employment exchange and learning (location: other Star Mei stores in Shenzhen, 1-2 days, no more than 6 hours a day).

2. Have temperament, good looks meet the aesthetic standards of the e-sports industry, gentle or extroverted cheerful personality, and excellent communication skills.

Your specific job:

1 Assist front desk reception and guidance services and barista work, etc. daily, leading employees to improve service quality.

2. Maintain customer groups, increase daily interactions with store customers, convert visiting new customers into regular customers, and boost overall store performance.

3 Fair and just employee management, inventory and physical count checks.

4. Develop business plan objectives, implement and supervise their execution.

5-store system is complete, supervise employees to implement.

7. Report to the company in a timely manner on the specific details of the store.

We give you the following benefits:

Base salary (9k during training and probation, 10k-12k after promotion) + overtime allowance (4k during probation, 4.5k-7k after promotion) + performance bonus (4k-6k after promotion) + store sales commission (linked to the store's total monthly sales, 6k-12k after promotion) = tax-free total salary of 25k-38k after promotion

Working hours: 12:00-22:00 (with flexible 2-hour shift), actual working hours 8-9 hours, monthly rotating shift rest 6-7 days
