Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily collection of management fees, ensuring accurate amount and complete record.
Assist vehicles in entering the registration area and maintaining a smooth registration process.
Support daily administrative affairs, such as telephone reception, file copying, data input and interdepartmental written communication, etc.
Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, meeting the local employment qualifications and work visa requirements.
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly respond to daily conversations; slightly understand English, be able to handle basic written and oral communication.
Familiar with basic computer operations, able to independently complete data input and document compilation.
Careful and responsible, complete repetitive tasks on time but with high accuracy.
Able to adapt to a 5.5-day work week and flexible scheduling, with a spirit of elasticity and team collaboration.
