<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><strong>• Coordinate engineering maintenance and repairs in warehouses</strong></p><p><strong>• Handle lease renewal processes and related documentation</strong></p><p><strong>• Occasionally attend client meetings or site visits;</strong></p><p><strong>• Provide general administrative support to the Leasing team.</strong></p><p><strong>• Handle any ad hoc duties as required</strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or other related disciplines </strong></p><p><strong>• At least 1 year experience in the leasing industry</strong></p><p><strong>• Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing</strong></p><p><strong>• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese</strong></p><p><strong>• Priority for those who holds a valid Hong Kong Driver’s License (Classes 1(A), 2(A)) with a cleandrivingrecord.</strong></p>
