A. Job Responsibilities

1)Customer expansion and maintenance: Responsible for expanding the market and customer resources, including but not limited to corporate customers, institutional customers, etc., establishing and expanding business cooperative relationships through various channels; in-depth understanding of their needs, providing professional service advice, independently completing business negotiations, contract signing and payment follow-up to ensure that the cooperation is implemented.

2) Sales strategy execution: Based on the company's business objectives and market dynamics, execute various sales activities; analyze market data and customer feedback, and promptly feed back market sales strategies to achieve continuous growth in sales performance, and complete personal and team sales task indicators.

3) Market information collection and analysis: Focus on industry and market dynamics, changes in policy and regulations, and competitive situation, collect and analyze relevant information, and provide valuable suggestions for adjusting the company's market strategy.

II. Employment Requirements

1) Educational requirements and professional background

Educational requirements: College degree or above

Cantonese/Mandarin, English knowledge is better

2) Work experience

Market sales experience: Require 3 years or above of financial, insurance institutions, beauty industry with market development and customer communication and cooperation channels Enterprises market department work experience. Sales or customer management experience, with successful market or customer development and maintenance cases; familiar with sales process, with strong market development and customer relationship management abilities.

3) Skills and qualities

Have excellent communication and coordination skills and business negotiation techniques, be able to effectively communicate with customers of different levels, establish and maintain good customer relationships. Have excellent service awareness, understand customer needs and pain points, be able to meet customer needs and provide professional services.
