Job Description
Job Responsibilities (Must know how to edit)
Compile security shift schedules, lead patrol officers, coordinate and achieve departmental operational management goals, and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Based on customer actual needs, evaluate risks and provide targeted safety solutions to ensure professional and effective services.
Monitor human resources allocation situation, rationally plan shift schedules and position deployment, and optimize human resources utilization based on cost-benefit.
Work requirements
Have secondary school diploma or above.
At least five years of security or related industry management experience, having led a team of 100 or more and having practical operational decision-making abilities.
Familiar with human resources scheduling and deployment system operations, able to flexibly respond to sudden situations and adjust deployment in real time.
Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to effectively handle customer feedback and on-site conflicts.
Those with less experience will consider for Assistant Operations Manager.
