Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing, creating and optimizing external propaganda documents to ensure their professionalism and attractiveness, used for corporate image display and business promotion.

2. Assist in market expansion work, develop cooperation channels, participate in business negotiations, establish and maintain important customer relationship networks.

3. Coordinate with the general manager's schedule, assist in handling related administrative affairs and project follow-up, and ensure work efficiency and accuracy.

4. Serve as an auxiliary role in important meetings or activities, prepare meeting materials and record meeting highlights, and provide support for decision-making.

5. Participate in company strategic planning discussions, provide innovative suggestions, and help achieve enterprise development goals.

Requirements:

1. Have a good outward image and personal temperament, and be able to represent the company at various formal occasions.

2. Careful and proactive, with a strong sense of work responsibility and team spirit, and able to quickly adapt to a changing work environment.

3. Creative and resourceful, with excellent communication and expression skills, able to independently complete the writing and presentation of business documents.

4. Proficient in office software (such as Microsoft Office), and familiar with data analysis tools or other auxiliary software is preferred.

5. Passionate about your work, able to fully immerse yourself, with high time management skills and stress tolerance.
