<p>A foreign-based Private Equity in Hong Kong is looking for a caring Personal Assistant to serve the</p><ul><li>Chairperson and coordinate with various business units & stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></li><li>Provide full secretarial and personal support to a foreign Chairperson.</li><li>Arrange all meetings, flight and train schedules, hotel accommodations, and personal</li><li>engagements for the Chairperson across various countries and regions.</li><li>Assist in arranging appointments and meetings, and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure</li><li>progress on deadlines and keep projects on schedule.</li><li>Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and external business partners on</li><li>business operations and event management.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or above with relevant working experience.</li><li>Welcoming candidates of all nationalities, including those from China. (A working visa can be</li><li>applied for by the company.)</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.</li><li><strong>Frequent travel across Europe and African countries is a must; candidates not willing to travel</strong></li><li>frequently will not be considered.</li><li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word</li><li>processing.</li></ul>
