<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and implement the company's annual and medium-term supply chain finance business development strategy, operating objectives and investment plan, and drive business sustained growth and innovation.</li><li>In-depth research on the global commodity market (including energy, metals, agricultural products, etc.), analysis of market trends, price fluctuations and arbitrage opportunities, and establishment of diversified and competitive self-trading strategies and quantitative models.</li><li>Build and continuously optimize the self-operating trading system, covering process design, fund allocation mechanism, compliance operating procedures and performance evaluation standards.</li><li>Lead the construction and implementation of the risk management framework, establish and perfect the risk identification, measurement, monitoring and response mechanism, and ensure that business operations are within the controllable risk range.</li><li>Lead a professional team to conduct market analysis, customer development, transaction execution and post-investment management, and directly bear responsibility for the overall business's profit and loss results.</li><li>Closely track global macroeconomic changes, geopolitical dynamics and major industry events, and adjust trading and business strategies in a timely manner to avoid risks or seize market opportunities.</li><li>Establish an instant risk monitoring system, regularly organize stress tests and retroactive tests, and continuously improve the effectiveness and adaptability of the risk control model.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Education background: The first academic degree must be in economics, finance, international trade or related fields from a QS-ranked university in the top 100, with solid theoretical foundations and international perspectives.</li><li>Work experience: More than 8 years of international supply chain finance or commodity trading related work experience, of which at least 3 years as team leader, with a proven track record of successfully leading the team to achieve its performance targets.</li><li></li><li>Analytical skills: Proficient in quantitative analysis and data modeling, able to apply statistical tools and financial software independently for research and decision support.</li><li>Risk awareness: Have high risk sensitivity and prudent risk control thinking, and be able to fully integrate risk management principles into trading and business decision-making processes.</li><li></li><li>Leadership and communication: Have excellent team leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills, be good at motivating members, integrating resources, and clearly communicating strategic directions and execution requirements.</li><li>Personal traits: Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, honesty and integrity; passionate about market operations, with excellent stress resistance and continuous learning and improvement. </li><li></li></ul>
