Securities Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the whole process of opening a new stock account, ensuring that the account opening is compliant, efficient and accurate.

2. Maintain stock account systems and complete update tasks on time to ensure account information is complete and effective, meeting regulatory requirements.

3. Instantly track and monitor the Chinese, Hong Kong and US stock markets, deeply study the policy changes of trading products, master CRS, FATCA and other relevant tax treaties, and provide real-time and accurate information support for company decisions.

4. Independently write various business plans, flexibly modify files according to actual needs, and ensure that the plan is closely aligned with business development needs.

5. Actively expand new broker resources, while deeply maintaining existing broker relationships, optimizing cooperation models to enhance the company's business competitiveness.

7. Responsible for secondary market trading operations, strictly following trading rules and strategies, and achieving reasonable asset allocation and appreciation.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader on a temporary basis.

Work requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting or law, with solid financial theory knowledge.

2. At least two years of securities middle and back office work experience, familiar with stock account opening, maintenance and secondary market trading, etc. business processes.

3. Proficient in office software, with excellent skills in proposal writing and document processing, clear logic and strong control of details.

4. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to cooperate efficiently with the trading team and brokers, have strong customer service awareness, and be good at maintaining cooperative relationships.
