Job Description: We are seeking a potential and enthusiastic overseas tool product manager to co-create the best personal storage tool product for the global market.You will fight side by side with a group of tech and product enthusiasts, leading product from 1 to N in experience optimization and product iteration, deeply understanding overseas user needs, and exploring user growth, retention, and monetization key performance indicators.
Duties:Responsible for overseas personal storage tool product planning, focusing on user experience and growth strategy formulation and executionCollaborate closely with R&D and design teams to drive product iterations in relevant parts, continuously optimizing product experience and functionalityCollaborate with the operations team to participate in growth solution design and implementation, including user acquisition, retention improvement, and paid conversionFollow industry trends, competitive product dynamics, participate in research and develop forward-looking product strategiesRequirements:Have data sensitivity and analysis ability, good at discovering problems or opportunities from data, and driving optimizationHave excellent learning ability, execution ability, good logical thinking and cross-team communication and collaboration skillsEntrepreneurial spirit, geek spirit, and product passion, those who have successfully pushed products from 0 to 1 are preferred.English is good, can deeply understand the overseas user needs and cultural differences, those who have overseas study or work and life background are preferredFamiliar with mainstream overseas market promotion channels (such as ASO, content marketing, social platforms) are preferred.
