Job Description
Job Responsibilities
· Operate ice cream machines, freezers, etc., do daily cleaning and disinfection, regular parameter checks, and ensure that storage temperatures comply with regulations
· Introduce flavors to customers, guide them on how to eat, provide samples, and actively recommend new product combinations to drive sales up, up, up
· Maintain the production and display area clean, strictly enforce food safety regulations, and eliminate any safety hazards
Job Requirements
· Educational qualifications are not limited, those with Gelato/handmade ice cream production experience are preferred, familiar with low-temperature production processes and raw material ratios
· Have aesthetic and ingenuity, able to create "color and taste double excellence" ice cream, and willing to try new flavor development
· Service is warm and friendly, good at interacting with customers, and obedient to shift arrangements
