<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>To supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to all residents within the service areas and daily property management issues.</p></li><li><p>To resolve complaints and enquiries of the tenants.</p></li><li><p>To patrol the estate to identify matters that need to be brought to the Property Managers’ attention.</p></li><li><p>Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the company.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or above, Preferably in property management or related</p></li><li><p>Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence is required</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years’ experience in property/facility management</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Chinese and English work processing and PC knowledge in MS applications</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken of Chinese and English</p></li><li><p>Self motivated and able to work independently</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working Location: Tai Tam</strong></p>
