<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts</strong></li><li><strong>Provide food & beverage service in a British Bar</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure all the Bar equipment is in working order.</strong></li><li><strong>Reports on requirement or replenishment of materials and tools, deficiency or breakage of the machinery, etc.</strong></li><li><strong>Resolve member and guest's enquiry</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure that all equipment, drawers, refrigerators are clean and the contents are always fit for service.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>1-3 years or above with bar service experience in F&B, Club / Hotel industry</strong></li><li><strong>Good knowledge of wine and cocktail production</strong></li><li><strong>Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)</strong></li></ul>
