Main responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain enterprise servers and systems to ensure their stable operation.
• Manage virtualization environments and cloud services, assist in resource allocation and system monitoring.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery plans, regularly conduct backup tests and recovery drills.
• Support enterprise applications and client-side systems, providing technical support and problem resolution.
• Assist with network and security settings to ensure system and data security.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects.
• Write technical documentation and provide training to users or teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, information technology, computer science or related fields.
• 5 years of IT system maintenance, basic infrastructure or related experience.
• Familiar with server management, virtualization platforms and enterprise applications.
• Have backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring experience.
• Understand network fundamentals and security concepts.
• Have good problem-solving skills, communication skills, and team spirit.

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronic, electrical, communications or information technology related fields.
• At least five years of communication engineering-related work experience, of which at least three years must have call center communication system support and maintenance experience.
• Familiar with the common communication technologies and platforms used in call centers, such as PBX, VoIP, ACD and CTI systems.
• Have good problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to handle technical abnormalities at the hardware and software levels independently.
• Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to emergency support and shift work.
