This includes coordinating internal departmental opinions to form and maintain contract business processing standards and guidelines, guiding and assisting sales personnel in completing related contract drafting and negotiations, identifying contract risks and coordinating with sales to complete related risk approvals, continuously optimizing and improving various sales-related approval and supervision processes, and assisting in supervising and implementing related contract risk control measures to ensure the company's business continues to develop steadily.</p><ol><li><strong>Qualifications for employment</strong></li></ol><p><strong>Essential conditions:</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree or above, legal, financial, economic, and business management are all acceptable professional backgrounds, familiar with international trade, international finance, international commercial law or FIDIC terms are preferred.</p><ul><li><strong>Have experience in operators, communications, information software, IT services, etc.,</strong></li><li>At least 3 years of work experience in sales support, contract management, business audit, finance, taxation or risk control related positions.</li></ul><p>• Have good financial, tax and legal basic knowledge, be able to quickly understand and apply professional departments’ guidance. </p><p>• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, able to express professional views clearly and logically.</p><p>• Pay attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent risk identification and analysis and judgment abilities.</p><p>• Proficient in Office office software.</p><ul><li>Mandarin and English fluency, with good written and oral expression skills, those who can speak Cantonese are preferred.</li></ul><p></p>
