<div>Position Title: HR & Accounting Officer<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>The HR & Accounting Officer plays a vital role in supporting both the human resources and accounting functions within the organization. The key duties include:<br><br>1. Managing full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure timely staffing needs are met.<br>2. Handling payroll administration accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while maintaining employee confidentiality.<br>3. Providing administrative support to the HR and finance teams, assisting with documentation management, record keeping, and other operational tasks as required.<br>4. Supporting accounting functions beyond payroll, such as accounts payable/receivable processing, expense reporting, and financial data entry to maintain accurate records.<br>5. Coordinating employee relations activities, organizing company events, and contributing to the development of HR policies that enhance workplace culture.<br><br>Job Requirements:<br>To succeed in this dual-role position, candidates must possess certain qualifications and skills:<br><br>1. Education background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.<br>2. Minimum 2-3 years of combined HR and accounting experience, with proven expertise in payroll processing and employee relations management.<br>3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>4. Proficiency in using HR systems, accounting software (such as SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline daily operations effectively.<br>5.
