Job Description

We are an asset management company focused on public and private business, and we are looking for a true expert who can implement AI into business operations, improve team efficiency and collaboration quality.

This is not a "write PPT" or "run model" position, but an opportunity for you to delve into business scenarios and use AI to solve practical problems.

You will become the "AI empowerment engine" within the company, using intelligent tools and automated workflows to optimize investment research, report writing, compliance checks, customer communication, meeting minutes, etc. daily processes, and drive the entire team's digital transformation.

️ Core responsibilities

AI tool application and landing

Proficient in using ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make.com, Prompt Engineering, etc. AI tools;

Design and implement an AI workflow within the company to achieve content generation, data processing, and task automation;

Optimize team internal knowledge base, file management, meeting minutes, customer email automation, etc. processes.

Business process optimization

Design standardized templates, prompt systems, and automated scripts;

Use AI to connect internal and external systems (CRM, email, Excel, Notion, Slack, etc.).

Team training and empowerment

Regularly conduct AI tool training for company members;

Push AI culture to the ground, establish department-level AI usage standards;

As "internal AI consultant", assist different teams to use AI to solve daily pain points.

Candidate profile

You may have the following characteristics:

ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make.com, etc. AI tools are heavy users;

Have a certain understanding of financial business, investment research, or back-end processes;

Have product or operational thinking, like solving problems in a systematic and structural way;

English and Chinese work smoothly, and I can quickly learn new tools.

Job Requirements

Applicants with asset management, consulting, technology company or innovation team background are preferred;

Have Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Workspace Automation or similar experience;
