Job Description
- Degree from formal University education a must
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in an assistant role handling both business matters, investment & special project for business owners
- Responsible for support investment & special project
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Managing communications and coordinating meetings
- Good for searching skills & handle presentation is a must
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin; Cantonese language skills are a plus
- Proactive and mature, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self-starter who is a creative problem solver with a strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize work
- High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
